Changing employment legislation and the war on talent can be a constant challenge for small and medium sized business owners to develop and build their teams.

Add to this those constant people issues that keep you awake at night, what you need is someone who has seen it all before many times and can help you navigate through these challenges.

Over the years, I have worked with many clients on their journey, creating new people structures that are growth friendly and supporting them through organisational change to deliver results through their people.

I also work with a network of trusted advisers who can provide specialist services as you need them.

how I work
 

I started consulting in HR over 15 years ago after a successful career in banking.

I launched People & Business in 2005 to support owner managed businesses with a clear focus on the bottom line.

As a French graduate I also offer outsourced HR services to French Companies operating in the UK.

With many years of experience in management training and HR I always bring ‘people’ into business planning and managing organisational change.

After the Bank, I worked with two growth-orientated accountancy firms as their HR Director and Board member, taking them through the transition from small entrepreneurial to large managed businesses.  

This was achieved via acquisitions, sales, organisational restructuring and integration and determined vision.
